- Develop and maintain security policies and procedures for the Hotel; coordinate staff scheduling and shift assignments to ensure all areas are adequately secured.
- Review and enhance security procedures when necessary; propose improvements and corrective measures.
- Monitor CCTV systems, alarm systems, and other security equipment to prevent and promptly respond to incidents.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the safety and security of all hotel operations and activities.
- Coordinate with the Human Resources Department in recruiting, training, and managing the Security team, ensuring that all team members are fully equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Evaluate staff performance and promote team motivation and morale.
- Develop plans and organize emergency drills for various scenarios (fire, explosion, earthquake, theft, etc.).
- Train Security staff and Hotel employees on appropriate response procedures and evacuation protocols in the event of emergencies.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduate of college or higher, majoring in Security, Military, Police, or related fields. Security professional certification is an advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position (hotel experience is preferred).
- Knowledge of security operations, fire prevention and fighting, and rescue operations.
- Strong leadership skills and good command of English communication.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
- Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
