Summary:
We are building a modern data platform and data warehouse to support large- scale business operations in real estate, finance, and analytics.
We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to develop practical AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and enterprise data. The role focuses on building production- ready AI applications, not research or experimental models.
This position is ideal for engineers who enjoy turning AI technologies into real business systems.
Key Responsibilities:
AI Application Development

Design and develop AI- powered features using modern LLM technologies
Build Retrieval- Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and AI assistants
Implement prompt engineering and context management strategies
Integrate AI capabilities into backend systems and internal tools

Data & Retrieval Integration

Integrate AI with databases, APIs, and data warehouse systems
Design semantic search and knowledge retrieval mechanisms
Build embedding pipelines and vector search solutions
Work with structured and unstructured data from internal systems

System Integration & Production Deployment

Implement logging, monitoring, and basic observability
Deploy AI services into production environments
Collaborate with backend and data engineering teams
Optimize performance, latency, cost, and reliability

Required AI Skills

Understanding of embeddings and vector search
Experience using LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar)
Practical experience with RAG architectures
Experience in prompt engineering and context design

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or LangGraph
Familiarity with search engines (OpenSearch or Elasticsearch)
Experience deploying applications using Docker or cloud platforms
Experience working with analytics or data warehouse systems
Experience with vector databases (Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)

Required Qualifications and Skills:

At least 1 year of hands- on experience building AI or LLM- based applications
Experience building backend services, APIs, or distributed systems
Familiarity with SQL and working with databases
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Strong programming skills in Python
Minimum 3 years of experience in software engineering
Equivalent practical experience is also acceptable
