JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Risk Control: Assist the Manager in completing all control and risk management responsibilities for the assigned business unit in accordance with corporate policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and legal practices, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Head of Function.
2. Documentation: Support the drafting and management of all documents, contracts, official letters, and administrative materials for the team.
3. Partnership Assistance: Support the management of existing partners to maintain and strengthen relationships, ensuring sustainable and effective cooperation.
4. Project Implementation Support: Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure that cooperation projects are implemented on schedule and achieve high efficiency.
5. Reporting: Develop and maintain business performance reports and make necessary recommendations to improve business performance based on market and partner fluctuations.
6. Monitoring: Monitor KPIs and campaigns to ensure effective service implementation and minimize risks in the department’s business development activities.
REQUIREMENT
● Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
● Experience in risk management, risk detection when making contracts
● Support the admin work of the department
● Other tasks assigned by the department head
● Fluent in English
