Mô tả Công việc
Our HCM is an enterprise HR platform currently in active operation and continuous expansion. The system covers Core HR, Attendance, Payroll, Advance HR, Employee Self-Service (ESS), HR Development, Workflow Automation, System Integrations, and Custom Modules for Enterprise Clients.
We are expanding the development team to build new features while maintaining and enhancing existing modules, working closely with both local and international teams. You will be responsible for building high-performance services in Go, stuning frontend and UX/UI in React with TypeScript and maintaining and modernizing core logic in C#/.NET and SQL. As a key member of a polyglot environment, you will bridge the gap between our high-concurrency modern microservices and our robust foundation backend, ensuring a seamless experience for our users.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new features and enhance existing functionalities across Core HR, Attendance, Payroll, Advance HR, Employee Self-Service (ESS), HR Development, Workflow Automation, System Integrations
Maintain and refactor existing code to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability
Frontend Excellence: Design and implement scalable, reusable components using React and TypeScript, ensuring strict type safety and optimal bundle performance.
High-Performance Backend: Develop and maintain mission-critical microservices using Go, focusing on high concurrency, low latency, and clean API design (REST/gRPC).
Backend foundation transformation: Support and refactor existing business logic within our C#/.NET ecosystem, transitioning legacy services toward modern architectures where necessary.
Database Design: Write complex, optimized SQL queries and manage schema migrations. You should understand indexing, execution plans, and how to resolve locking issues.
System Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of features—from database schema design to frontend deployment and observability (monitoring/logging).
Participate in technical design and solution discussions
Work closely with Business Analysts to clarify requirements and ensure correct implementation
Perform code reviews and contribute to code quality standards
Write unit tests and ensure sufficient test coverage
Investigate and fix production issues when required

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Your Profile
Experience
Have experiences in professional software development (New graduate are welcome), 5+ years
for Senior developer.
Strong hands-on experience with backend development (preferably Golang)
Solid understanding of frontend development with React
Experience working with relational databases and complex queries
Familiar with API-based and microservices architectures
Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Experience collaborating with BA, QC, Developers, and cross-functional teams
Comfortable working in a large development team, including international teams
Skills & Competencies
Experience testing HR / Payroll / Enterprise systems
Exposure to large-scale SaaS or multi-tenant systems
Frontend (React & TypeScript)
• Expertise: Deep understanding of React patterns and state management
• TypeScript: Mastery of advanced types (Generics, Mapped Types, Discriminated
Unions) to ensure "compile-time safety" across the stack.
• Build and tools: Experience with Vite or Webpack, including performance
optimization (code splitting, tree shaking).
Backend (Go & C#)
• Go: Proficiency in Go routines, channels, and the standard library. Experience with
frameworks like Gin, Echo, or Fiber.
• C#/.NET: Strong foundation in OOP, Dependency Injection, and Entity Framework.
Ability to debug and refactor legacy .NET Framework or Core codebases.
• Architecture: Familiarity with Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, and
Message Queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Data & DevOps
• SQL: Advanced SQL skills (PostgreSQL or SQL Server). Experience with
performance tuning and complex transactions.
• Infrastructure: Competency with Container Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps).
• Cloud: Eexperience with AWS, Azure, GCP or another provider.
Engineering and best practices
• Experince in Agile/Scrum environment with highly collaboration
• Experince in implementing Unit Testing, Debugging
• Experince in Application performance optimization
• Experince in AI coding with production grade is plus
• Experince in Mobile development like native or Flutter is plus
Language
Able to communicate in English in a professional working environment (reading technical documents, participating in discussions with international team members)
