Mô tả Công việc
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Planning Manager to lead the planning and scheduling of our construction projects. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring project plans to ensure successful and timely completion within budget.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Consolidate, update, and manage project schedule documentation.
Track work items, milestones, and coordination tasks; send reminders to relevant stakeholders as required.
Assist in preparing project management documents, meeting minutes, and records.
Compile data and generate project tracking reports.
Facilitate information flow among project departments/roles, ensuring documents are issued, archived, and updated in accordance with regulations.
Assist in task allocation, progress monitoring, quality review of deliverables, and the consolidation of issues arising within the team for reporting to direct management.
Provide guidance on project planning and scheduling procedures to new Schedule Planning Specialists or staff members within the scope of assigned duties.
Lead or assist in performing other tasks as assigned by the Department Head or Deputy Head.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Fluent in English
Proven experience as a planning manager (from 10 years of experience)
A bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Having Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and design principles.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
Excellent understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and critical path analysis.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve schedule-related issues.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with contract terms and conditions related to project schedules.
