- Lead, train, coach, and supervise bar team members to maintain service excellence.
- Control beverage costs, inventory levels, and stock replenishment.
- Develop and maintain standard recipes, beverage menus, and wine lists.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, safety, and hotel operating standards.
- Drive beverage sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction through effective service and upselling.
- Monitor billing, cash handling, and POS systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct regular inspections of bar facilities, equipment, cleanliness, and maintenance needs.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery promptly and professionally.
- Support recruitment, performance management, promotions, and special F&B events while coordinating closely with other departments.

- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a bar, restaurant, or hotel environment, including supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and beverage service standards.
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of inventory control, cost management, and revenue generation.
- Familiarity with POS systems and hotel operating systems (e.g. Micros, Opera) is an advantage.
- Customer-oriented with excellent problem-solving and guest service skills.
- Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
- Well-groomed, professional, and passionate about hospitality.
