• Handle reservations and appointments: Efficiently manage spa reservations and appointments, scheduling guests appropriately and minimizing wait times.
• Process payments: Accurately process guest payments using various methods, including cash, credit cards, and gift certificates.
• Provide information and answer inquiries: Answer guest questions about spa services, pricing, facilities, and policies, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the spa experience.
• Maintain spa reception area: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable, ensuring a pleasant and inviting ambiance for guests.
• Upsell spa services and products: Effectively promote additional spa services and products to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns: Address guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties.
• Maintain spa inventory: Monitor spa product inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock and reordering supplies as needed.
• Prepare daily reports: Compile daily reports on spa reservations, revenue, and guest feedback, providing valuable insights for management.

• High school diploma or equivalent: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent education.
  
• Spa industry experience: Have at least 1 year of experience working in a spa or hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication skills: Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Strong interpersonal skills: Possess strong interpersonal skills, including empathy, active listening, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Organizational and time management skills: Exhibit excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of spa services and products: Have a good understanding of spa services, products, and pricing to provide accurate information to guests.
• Computer proficiency: Be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite or similar productivity software.
