Manage casual employee hiring processes and payment administration.

Handle Personal Income Tax (PIT) declarations and dependent registration.

Review and verify monthly time attendance reports to ensure payroll accuracy.

Process social insurance claims and coordinate with relevant authorities on insurance matters.

Support payroll preparation, salary adjustments, and employee benefits administration.

Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Prepare HR reports and provide support for internal and external audits when required.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.

At least 1-2 years of experience in C&B, Payroll, or HR Operations.

Good knowledge of labor law, social insurance regulations, and PIT requirements.

Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR-related systems.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
