• The Assistant F&B Manager monitors the effectiveness of the outlet's daily operations and provides support and guidance to the staff. The short-and long-term planning and the day-to-day operations of all outlets. Make sure all staff follow all Brand Standards, SOPs, SOSs to deliver best quality of service to the guests and solve all guests' complaints. This position also assists F&B Director/ Manager to drive for department Revenue, GOP.
• Achieve sales and profit targets by participating in customer creation and promotion
• Establish and maintain relationships with important customers to meet customers need of F&B products
• Ensure that service levels and operations of departments are effectively maintained
• Supervise routine day-to-day operations and ensure that employees comply with standard restaurant standards and procedures (SOPs).
• Establish a positive example of customer service and create a positive atmosphere for relationship with customer.
• To obtain feedback, ask customers about food quality, service levels, and overall customer satisfaction privately when dining or leaving hotel. If necessary, respond to and solve customer problems or complaints.
• Continuously conduct guidance counseling on the performance of employees' work. Discipline procedures for general employees are handled according to regulations.
• Observe daily target sales and actual sales. Review the number of food sold daily, the percentage of sales to capacity of the premises, and the average selling price to achieve or exceed your sales goal.

- Over 5 years F&B service experience

- At least 3 years of lead manager / director experience; premium class hotel experience preferred
