As a IT Support Technician, you will be at our front line and in the most outwardly facing position within our IT organization. Your days will be spent as an enabler, a facilitator, and a supporter of a high performing and fast paced technology company.
What You’ll Do
Location: This role is based out of our Ho Chi Minh City office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation. - Lead resolution of complex technical support issues across hardware, software, and network layers.
- Take ownership of escalated incidents and ensure timely, effective resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
- Coordinate and support IT operations for cross-functional business initiatives.
- Provide expert support for systems such as Jamf, Intune, Office 365, Active Directory, Azure, and more.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for key IT systems or processes.
- Manage onboarding/offboarding processes with a focus on security and compliance.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and contribute to the knowledge base.
- Lead or coordinate small-to-mid-scale IT projects and operational rollouts.
- Mentor IT Support Technicians, offering guidance, training, and support in professional development.
- Maintain SLA performance targets and help track departmental metrics.
- Ensure alignment with Axon’s audit and information security policies in all operations.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT Support role
- Strong expertise in Mac, Windows, and Linux environments.
- Solid experience with IT tools and platforms such as Jamf, Intune, Office 365, Azure AD, Okta, and Zoom.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- Experience in mentoring or training junior team members.

Trung tâm Anh ngữ Axon English được thành lập năm 2017 với mục tiêu đào tạo thế hệ mầm non, thế hệ tương lai, nguồn nhân lực chất luợng cao của Việt Nam. Với phương pháp dạy Persionalized Learning và phương pháp sử dụng hình ảnh trực quan cùng ngôn ngữ cử chỉ, các bé được phát triển ngôn ngữ và tư duy một cách nhanh chóng. Đội ngũ giảng viên
Axon hiện quy tụ một lực lượng giáo viên giàu kinh nghiệm và tâm huyết với nghề với nhiều giáo viên giỏi, xuất sắc. Bên cạnh thành viên đồng sáng lập kiêm Giám Đốc Đào Tạo của trung tâm - thầy Georgios Alexopoulos với hơn 10 năm kinh nghiệm giảng dạy cho trẻ em và thiếu nhi tại nhiều quốc gia, các giảng viên khác tại Axon đều được áp dụng quy trình tuyển dụng chuyên nghiệp và nghiêm ngặt. Ứng viên phải đủ năng lực để vượt qua nhiều vòng kiểm tra: sơ vấn, phỏng vấn, dạy demo…để được chính thức trở thành giáo viên Anh ngữ của Axon
Tuyển dụng việc làm trong khu công nghiệp là nhu cầu tìm kiếm lao động phổ thông, nhân sự kỹ thuật và nhân viên vận hành sản xuất cho các nhà máy, xí nghiệp và doanh nghiệp sản xuất trong các khu công nghiệp. Nhu cầu này ngày càng tăng nhờ sự phát triển mạnh của các ngành may mặc, điện tử, cơ khí, chế biến thực phẩm và logistics tại khu vực miền Trung.
Các vị trí phổ biến gồm: công nhân sản xuất, nhân viên đóng gói, kiểm hàng, kỹ thuật máy móc, nhân viên kho vận, lái xe nâng, nhân viên QC/QA, bảo trì kỹ thuật và quản lý chuyền sản xuất. Ngoài ra, nhiều doanh nghiệp còn tuyển lao động thời vụ, ca đêm hoặc nhân sự làm việc theo dây chuyền với số lượng lớn.
Kỹ năng yêu cầu: sức khỏe tốt, chăm chỉ, có tinh thần trách nhiệm và khả năng làm việc theo ca. Một số vị trí kỹ thuật yêu cầu biết vận hành máy móc, đọc bản vẽ kỹ thuật hoặc có kinh nghiệm trong sản xuất công nghiệp. Ngoài ra, kỹ năng làm việc nhóm, tuân thủ quy trình an toàn lao động và tác phong chuyên nghiệp cũng được nhiều doanh nghiệp ưu tiên.
Mức lương trung bình từ 6–10 triệu đồng/tháng đối với lao động phổ thông hoặc người mới bắt đầu, từ 10–18 triệu đồng/tháng đối với vị trí kỹ thuật, tổ trưởng hoặc nhân sự có kinh nghiệm. Một số công ty còn hỗ trợ tăng ca, phụ cấp ăn ở, thưởng chuyên cần và bảo hiểm đầy đủ. Việc làm thời vụ hoặc làm theo ca cũng khá phổ biến, giúp người lao động có thêm lựa chọn linh hoạt về thu nhập.
Nơi tuyển dụng nhiều tập trung tại các khu công nghiệp, khu chế xuất, nhà máy sản xuất và doanh nghiệp logistics tại Đà Nẵng và khu vực lân cận. Ngoài ra, nhiều doanh nghiệp cũng liên kết với trung tâm giới thiệu việc làm hoặc tuyển dụng trực tuyến, tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho người lao động tìm kiếm công việc phù hợp nhanh chóng.
