As a DevOps Engineer Intern at CODE LEAP, you will play a key role in supporting our infrastructure and deployment processes while gaining hands-on experience and mentorship from seasoned engineers in a collaborative and supportive environment.
YOUR EXCITING TASKS
- Receive mentorship and training on best practices in DevOps and cloud management
- Support the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for testing, deployment, and resource management.
- Monitor cloud infrastructure and help ensure security, scalability, and performance.
- Assist in managing and optimizing Kubernetes clusters for the deployment and scaling of our solutions.
- Gain exposure to scripting and automation tasks using languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to backend and frontend development operations.
- Enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in technology and innovation, evidenced by previous projects or coursework (e.g academic projects, internship experiences, or personal hobby projects,..).
- Basic understanding of DevOps principles and cloud infrastructure.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Bash, Python, PowerShell, etc.).
- Interest in CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Enthusiasm for learning about Kubernetes and cloud platforms like Azure and AWS.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
- Proactively reach out to people, communicate, ask for help, and get things done.
- Proficiency in the English (IELTS above 6.5 or CEFR B2+).
- Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
- Some knowledge of Kubernetes or experience in cloud platforms.
- Hands-on training and mentorship in DevOps practices.
