ABOUT THE JOB
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions using UML, use case diagrams, and process modeling.
- Act as a bridge between business and IT teams to deliver high-quality, timely solutions.
- Analyze and document banking operations and constraints to inform system design.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and validate requirements.
- Design and optimize relational database structures to support business processes.
- Present findings and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Organize and manage project timelines, ensuring milestones are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineer or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in business system analysis or similar position.
- Expertise in translating business requirements into technical solutions using UML, use case diagrams, and process modeling.
- Deep understanding of banking or financial services domain is a big plus.
- Familiarity with relational databases.
- Good communication in English.
- Strong organizational, presentation, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to act as a bridge between business and IT teams.

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Sơn La là một tỉnh miền núi thuộc vùng Tây Bắc Việt Nam, có địa hình chủ yếu là đồi núi và cao nguyên rộng lớn.
