To curate, manage, and elevate the tea program at Park Hyatt Phu Quoc, creating authentic and memorable tea experiences that celebrate Vietnamese tea heritage, wellness, sustainability, and local storytelling.
Tea Program Management
- To curate and continuously improve the tea selection and tea experiences at Herbs & Spice.
- To maintain tea quality, storage conditions, and inventory standards.
- To collaborate with suppliers in sourcing premium teas and local herbal products.
Guest Experience
- To execute and continuously refine signature tea rituals in accordance with outlet standards.
- To engage guests through storytelling about tea origins, culture, and wellness benefits.
- To recommend tea pairings that complement menu offerings and enhance the dining experience.
Financial Management
• To collaborate with Beverage Manager and Outlet Manager in developing tea pricing strategies and tea menu profitability.
• To monitor tea sales performance and identify opportunities for upselling and revenue growth.
• To ensure accurate POS setup and reporting for all tea products.
• To provide tea sales insights and recommendations to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Promotional Activities
- To support tea-themed events, tastings, and seasonal activations.
- To work with Marketing and Culinary teams in creating unique tea experiences.
- To promote Herbs & Spice as a destination for tea culture and wellness.
Stock Management
- To monitor tea inventory, par stocks, and daily consumption.
- To conduct regular stock counts and minimize wastage.
- To ensure proper storage and rotation of tea products.
Associate Development
- To train and mentor associates on tea knowledge and tea service standards.
- To conduct regular briefings and tea tastings.
- To foster a culture of tea appreciation within the F&B team.
Customer Service
- To create memorable tea experiences aligned with Park Hyatt luxury standards.
- To respond professionally to guest feedback and special requests.
- To maintain the highest standards of hospitality, presentation, and product knowledge.
Other Duties
- To attend training sessions, meetings, and hotel events as required.
- To maintain Hyatt grooming standards and food safety compliance.
- To perform any other duties assigned by management.
