Mô tả Công việc
1.Monthly & Annual Closing
- Perform monthly and annual accounting closing activities.
- Review and cross-check the General Journal and accounting transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Reconcile Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) balances between the General Ledger (GL) and sub-ledgers
- Maintain and reconcile the Fixed Asset Register and ensure accurate depreciation accounting.
- Review and record accruals, prepaid expenses and deferred expenses/revenue as applicable..
- Perform intercompany reconciliation and resolve discrepancies with related entities.
2. Financial Statements & Forecasting
- Assist in preparing and reviewing the Balance Sheet (BS) and Profit & Loss Statement (P&L).
- Assist in preparing P&L and cash flow forecasts.
- Analyze accounting data and identify unusual fluctuations or discrepancies.
3. Tax Compliance
- Perform with accounting and tax compliance activities in accordance with Vietnamese regulations.
- Prepare and review monthly/quarterly VAT and Foreign Contractor Tax (FCT) declarations.
- Perform with VAT refund/reclaim procedures.
- Ensure tax filings, accounting records and supporting documents are accurate, complete and submitted on time.
4. Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
- Review, reconcile and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Monitor outstanding balances and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve discrepancies and overdue balances.
5. Inventory
- Perform and control product costing, including Finished Goods and Work in Progress (WIP).
- Monitor inventory receipts, issues and inventory status.
- Perform and control manufacturing overhead allocation in accordance with the Company's costing methodology and applicable requirements.
6. Other Responsibilities
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance or a related field.
- Tax certification/Chief Accountant Certificate is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience as a General Accountant FMCG, Retail; Career orientation toward becoming a Chief Accountant.
- At least 2 years of experience in tax accounting.
2.Skills:
- English communication skills preferred.
- Ability to collaborate and effectively influence cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented, accurate, timely and careful in handling accounting information.
- Honest, reliable and highly responsible.
- Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills.
