• Respond to sales inquiries by phone or email from customers and sales and promotions
  
• Review departmental sales contracts, prepare, review and manage contract documents, and handle financial settlement with outsourcing personnel or accounts
• Analyze sales strategies, products, and promotions of the market and competitors, and reflect and reflect them in monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and yearly promotional and sales techniques improvement plans to create and share presentation materials to reinforce the green power of sales representatives.
• Handles common administrative tasks to support sales activities (office management, contract related documents or files, etc.)
• Assist with Sales Manager or Director of Sales and support routine tasks (such as sales planning, sales performance reporting, documentation, scheduling, travel preparation, etc.)
• Review and supervise whether sales representatives' business does not align with hotel brand identity and company guideline
