• Oversees and directs all aspects of the Sales and Marketing activities. Responsibilities include overseeing the planning and development of promotional strategies and marketing plans; oversee and assist with the development and implementation of the sales and marketing plan; management of the sales and marketing team and reporting on effectiveness of the plan. Responsibilities also require direct and routine interaction with Regional Sales and Marketing office.
• Review the results of competitive hotel product analysis, demand survey and marketing mix analysis, and link them to product price, group customer sales limit, and channel distribution strategy
• Establish a strategic sales plan (including monthly, annual, and budget)
• Participate in key sales presentations, customer meetings, road shows, etc. to report to the executive team on key issues
• Daily, weekly meetings are organized or attended to ensure that sales/marketing related information is shared within the hotel's management
• Supervises whether advertising, promotional materials, and promotional activities are carried out in accordance with the standards
• Improve members' capabilities through human resource management, such as evaluation and promotion of members in the department

Requirements:

• Vietnamese Candidate only
• Required to handle various jobs simultaneously, with highly responsible to duty and proactive attitude
• Should have excellent work-related communications skills with ability who can anticipate and handle with expected matters
• Should be able to communicate efficiently with employees of all departments, emphasizing on teamwork within team members
• Should have personality who respects other people's opinions, providing sophisticated leadership

• With character of faithfulness and strong leadership, should be able to encourage peers and subordinates to achieve given goal
• Physically fit and appearance needs to be neat and tidy

Qualifications:

• Has university or other division in management or marketing related field, or present master's division and MBA (Marketing)
• Has an availability to Understand Marketing Industry and Products
• Has Understanding Media, Advertising Communications, Internet Business (B2B, B2C)
• Has Understanding of Hotel and Hotel Products (Room, F&B, etc.)
• Market conditions/knowledge of industry trends
• Can speak English fluently
