The ideal candidate will mainly support in (1) corporate insurance and (2) support managing/controlling payment processes/procedures accurately, stringently, and timely, (3) assist to provide management with accurate and complete financial information including budget variance reports, cash flows, financial analyses, projections, statistical and other management reports.

Corporate insurances

• Provide assistance in analyzing corporate insurances, including PAR, BI, CI
• Involve in renewal, analyzing insurances contracts, terms, …
• Play the analyst while assessing insurance cost, reimbursement in cases of incidents

• Support banking payments, ensure proper approval, procedures for both loan disbursements and equity payments
• Follow up, monitor and report on payment status
• Assist in the preparation and consolidation of annual Company budget, including periodic budget revisions as necessary or as required by management
• Monitor and analyze actual results against approved budget.
• Assist to prepare cash flow projections and reports for management.
• Assist in preparing and/or updating business plans
• Attend and participate in seminars, stay abreast of new trends and developments in the field of finance and accounting
• Perform other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time by Line Manager and the Company Management
