Mô tả công việc
Duties may include but not limited to:
- Receive handover documents, arrange and organize documents scientifically.
- Processes protocols and reports, scans and uploads Document to Master Control.
- Supports users request for documentation and updates satellite areas within the facility.
- Review and ensuring all documents are updated and well arrange for easy tracking (including soft copy and hard copy).
- Monitor and renew licenses and certificate upon expiration.
- Prepare and have documents ready when there are inspections.
- Receive information and coordinate work order from other departments, update status on the system.
- Support administration tasks

Yêu cầu công việc
- Preferably 3 years of industry experience in office work, documentation, and control
- At least intermediate or college level with technical related majors, bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Knowledge of Engineering disciplines like Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical. Knowledge of Documentation control requirements.
- Must be detailed-oriented and possess strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage completion of multiple tasks
- Ability to use computers and related technology efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of English both verbal and written
