Job Description Summary

Cushman & Wakefield Vietnam is seeking a National Head of Leasing to lead and scale our leasing platform across Vietnam, with a strong focus on market leadership, revenue growth, and high-impact client advisory. This is a senior leadership role with full P&L ownership, responsible for driving landlord and tenant representation strategies, developing top-tier talent, and strengthening Cushman & Wakefield’s market position locally and across APAC.

About the Role:

• Define and execute the national leasing strategy, including annual business planning, budgeting, revenue growth, and full P&L accountability.
• Lead landlord and tenant advisory mandates, providing strategic guidance on asset positioning, occupancy optimization, lease negotiations, and transaction structures.
• Drive business development across Vietnam while facilitating cross-border leasing opportunities and client introductions within the APAC platform.
• Build, lead, and develop high-performing leasing teams, ensuring consistent service excellence, talent progression, and achievement of KPIs.
• Strengthen Cushman & Wakefield’s market presence through senior client engagement, industry positioning, and collaboration with other service lines.
  
  

About You

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a multinational or leading real estate firm.
• Proven track record managing large-scale leasing transactions and advising institutional landlords and multinational occupiers.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including experience owning P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
• Deep understanding of Vietnam’s real estate market with a strong professional network across developers, landlords, and corporate clients.
• An inspiring, decisive leader with excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
