The Revenue Manager is responsible for maximizing hotel revenue and profitability through strategic pricing, inventory management, market analysis, and forecasting. This role works closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations teams to optimize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR while ensuring alignment with the hotel's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & Pricing
Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize hotel profitability.
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns.
Manage room inventory, rate structures, and distribution channels.
Recommend pricing strategies based on market demand and business forecasts.
Ensure rate parity across all distribution channels.
Forecasting & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue forecasts.
Analyze hotel performance indicators including Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and Market Share.
Produce revenue reports and present findings to hotel leadership.
Identify opportunities and risks impacting hotel revenue performance.
Distribution & Channel Management
Optimize hotel presence across OTA, GDS, brand website, and other distribution channels.
Monitor channel performance and acquisition costs.
Work with Sales and Marketing teams to drive direct bookings.
Market Analysis
Conduct competitor benchmarking and market intelligence research.
Analyze business mix and booking pace.
Evaluate promotional campaigns and their revenue impact.
Cross-Department Collaboration
Participate in revenue meetings and strategic planning sessions.
Support Sales and Marketing teams with pricing recommendations.
Collaborate with Front Office and Reservations to maximize upselling opportunities.

Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Management within hotels.
Strong knowledge of Revenue Management systems, PMS, CRS, and channel management platforms.
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation abilities.
Excellent communication skills in English.
