Assist in the daily operation of the department in accordance with Lègacy - A Fusion Original Hanoi's policies and procedures.
- Set up, clear, and clean tables.
- Take restaurant reservations.
- Welcome guests, escort them to their seats, take orders, and serve food and beverages.
- Keep the work area clean, safe, and well-stocked.
- Process guest payments accurately.
- Assist with guest requests and complaints.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and high guest satisfaction.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Formal education in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field with relevant certifications or qualifications.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Friendly, outgoing, honest, and a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
