PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
Spatronics Vietnam is seeking a the Office Manager who is is responsible for ensuring efficient office operations. The position combines office administration, facilities coordination, people support, and executive-level communication to enhance organizational effectiveness.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee day to day office operations and workplace services.
- Manage facilities, security, cleaning, pantry, office supplies.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor management.
- Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and compliance.
- Manage office budget, cost control, PR/PO, contracts.
- Support company events, meetings, training logistics.
- Lead and coach Office Admin team.
- Improve office processes, SOPs, and service quality.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Management, or related fields.
- Experience: 5–7 years in Office Administration, Executive Assistant, or Operations roles. Experience supporting senior executives is highly preferred.
- Skills & Competencies:
* Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills.
* Good communication (English/Vietnamese).
* Able to handle confidential information.
* High problem‑solving capability and service mindset.
* Proficient in MS Office, scheduling tools, and documentation.
* Multitasking, resilience, and ability to work under pressure.
