Mô tả Công việc
- Research, build, and maintain a database of international influencers/KOCs across key markets such as the United States, Indonesia, Thailand, and other target regions.
- Proactively reach out to and establish long-term relationships with international content creators.
- Execute and manage TikTok influencer booking campaigns, including communication, negotiation, coordination, and follow-up with creators.
- Stay updated on the latest Influencer Marketing trends and market developments in overseas markets, and propose strategic improvements when necessary.
- Prepare regular reports and perform other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 6 months of experience in Influencer Marketing, KOL/KOC booking, Creator Partnership, or a related role.
- Good English communication skills, including email correspondence, online chats, and meetings with international KOLs/KOCs, especially in the US market.
- Strong understanding of international social media platforms such as TikTok, Douyin, and other creator ecosystems.
- Quick to identify trends and possess strong market awareness.
- Own a personal laptop for work purposes.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Responsible, proactive, and goal-oriented with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
