- Provide administrative support to the Executive Office and Hotel Manager
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes.
- Coordinate with different departments to follow up on tasks and updates.
- Support daily operations, VIP arrangements, and special projects.
- Maintain confidential documents and ensure smooth communication across departments. Provide a warm, professional, and personalized welcome to all guests upon arrival.
- Provide daily support to ensure smooth operation across other departments.
- Proactively engage with guests throughout their stay, offering assistance, local insights, and personalized recommendations.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism, discretion, and a positive attitude.
- Assist in managing guest profiles and preferences to enhance loyalty and future experiences.
