Role Responsibilities
*Duty Manager / Operations
- Shadow the GM during operational reviews.
- Conduct daily hotel inspections.
- Follow up on HOD action items.
- Coordinate between departments.
- Investigate guest incidents.
- Monitor service standards.
- Support MOD coverage.
- Handle guest issues and service recovery.
- Ensure SOP compliance.
- Escalate operational risks.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or other relevant;
• Good spoken and written English levels are required. Other language is a plus;
• Ability to keep cool under high pressure;
• Excellent organization, time management, customer service skill;
• Polite and pleasant manner;
• Excellent listening, oral and written communication skills;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
