Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of restaurants, bars, and room service outlets to ensure exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and financial performance. Leads and develops the Food & Beverage team, maintains service and hygiene standards, drives profitability, and ensures compliance with company policies and hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of restaurants, bars, lounges, and room service outlets, ensuring service excellence and smooth operational execution.
- Coordinate with culinary teams to maintain menu knowledge, service standards, product quality, and guest satisfaction.
- Forecast food, beverage, liquor, and supply requirements to support operational needs and inventory control.
- Oversee purchasing activities, equipment management, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency.
- Manage reservations, group dining arrangements, special events, and in-room dining services.
- Monitor departmental expenses, labor costs, and operational budgets to achieve financial targets and maximize profitability.
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue, improve efficiency, and optimize cost management while maintaining service quality.
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop supervisors and team members to improve performance and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Set clear performance expectations, monitor productivity, and conduct performance evaluations and development plans.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Act as a role model for guest service excellence and ensure employees consistently deliver exceptional hospitality experiences.
- Establish and maintain service, cash handling, liquor control, food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards across all outlets.
- Ensure compliance with applicable food handling regulations, sanitation requirements, company standards, and liquor laws.
- Engage with guests regularly to gather feedback, address concerns, resolve complaints, and strengthen guest loyalty.
- Analyze guest satisfaction results and operational data to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with department leaders and senior management to communicate business performance, operational updates, and strategic initiatives.
- Support recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, succession planning, and employee retention efforts.

- High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Food & Beverage, Culinary, Events, Hospitality Operations, or related fields.
OR
- Associate Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Food Service Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
