Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order processing and ensure timely order entry in company systems.
• Verify customer requirements and maintain accurate order documentation and records.
• Coordinate with Planning, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Export teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor order status, proactively address issues, and communicate updates to customers.
• Handle urgent orders and special requests, ensuring prompt execution and follow-up.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving concerns effectively.
• Coordinate artwork approvals, product specifications, and customer requirements where applicable.
• Investigate customer complaints, work with Quality teams on corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain customer files, shipping records, and other administrative documentation in line with company procedures.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

• Bacherler Degrees
• Good at English for 4 skills: listening, speaking, reading, writing
• 3 years experience at Customer Service
• Customer centric
• Outstanding communicator with the ability to establish credible relationships with multiple stakeholders
• Works with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
