Mô tả Công việc
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end order processing and ensure timely order entry in company systems.
- Verify customer requirements and maintain accurate order documentation and records.
- Coordinate with Planning, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Export teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor order status, proactively address issues, and communicate updates to customers.
- Handle urgent orders and special requests, ensuring prompt execution and follow-up.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving concerns effectively.
- Coordinate artwork approvals, product specifications, and customer requirements where applicable.
- Investigate customer complaints, work with Quality teams on corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain customer files, shipping records, and other administrative documentation in line with company procedures.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

- Good at English for 4 skills: listening, speaking, reading, writing
- 3 years experience at Customer Service

Detmold Packaging Việt Nam được thành lập vào năm 2010 với mục tiêu mở rộng quy mô sản xuất các sản phẩm bao bì. Công ty Việt Nam ngày càng phát triển vững chắc và là một phần không thể thiếu của Tập đoàn Detmold trong chuỗi cung ứng toàn cầu. Việc hợp nhất 4 cơ sở thành 1 được thực hiện trong năm 2019 nhằm đáp ứng sự phát triển trong tương lai và phục vụ nhu cầu của khách hàng. Với diện tích 17.645 m2, cơ sở mới được xây dựng theo mục đích ở thành phố mới Bình Dương, một trong những khu công nghiệp phát triển nhanh nhất cách thành phố Hồ Chí Minh khoảng 40 km về phía tây.
