Mô tả Công việc
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end order processing and ensure timely order entry in company systems.
- Verify customer requirements and maintain accurate order documentation and records.
- Coordinate with Planning, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Export teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor order status, proactively address issues, and communicate updates to customers.
- Handle urgent orders and special requests, ensuring prompt execution and follow-up.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving concerns effectively.
- Coordinate artwork approvals, product specifications, and customer requirements where applicable.
- Investigate customer complaints, work with Quality teams on corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain customer files, shipping records, and other administrative documentation in line with company procedures.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

- Bacherler Degrees
- Good at English for 4 skills: listening, speaking, reading, writing
- 3 years experience at Customer Service
- Customer centric
- Outstanding communicator with the ability to establish credible relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Works with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Focused and pro-active in approach, works with a sense of urgency, committed, follows through, meets deadlines and delivers on-time and in-line with promises.
- Takes accountability for own performance. Works to high standards and strives for improvement.
