Mô tả Công việc
1. Business Integration & Strategic Projects
Support planning and execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives including:
- New product industrialization
- Cost reduction programs
- Lean transformation
- Manufacturing improvement projects
- Commercial excellence initiatives
- Supply chain optimization
- Organizational improvement projects
Coordinate activities across multiple departments to ensure alignment, timely execution and effective communication.
2. Executive Business Support
Support the General Director by preparing structured analysis and decision material for strategic and operational discussions.
Responsibilities include:
- Collecting and synthesizing information from multiple functions
- Preparing business reviews and executive presentations
- Following up on strategic actions
- Coordinating leadership meetings
- Tracking execution of key business priorities
3. Business Planning & Performance Management
Support the organization's management operating system through:
- Weekly and monthly business reviews
- KPI monitoring and reporting
- Project milestone tracking
- Action follow-up
- Risk identification
- Business dashboard development
Continuously improve visibility and discipline around execution.
4. Cross-functional Coordination
Act as the integration point across functions by:
- Identifying dependencies between departments
- Escalating execution risks early
- Facilitating communication between teams
- Supporting problem-solving across organizational boundaries
- Ensuring strategic priorities remain aligned throughout execution
5. Organizational Improvement
Support continuous improvement of business processes by:
- Mapping business processes
- Documenting best practices
- Improving decision-making frameworks
- Supporting standardization initiatives
- Assisting implementation of new management systems
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Experience
- 2–5 years of professional experience
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, operations, supply chain, business analysis, consulting or project management preferred
- Fresh MBA graduates with strong industrial experience may also be considered
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or related disciplines.
- MBA is an advantage but not mandatory.
