• Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.

• Maintain top standards in food and beverage quality, service, and hygiene practices

• Conduct property and facility inspections regularly.

• Conduct food and drinks storage daily to ensure not over stocked

• Lead by example, supporting staff during peak hours in the operation

• Working together with the Entertainment Manager to ensure day and night entertainments schedule, execution and management

• Manage the vibes at different levels in different meal periods with right music and volume levels

Financial Performance

• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, weekly reports and expenses.

• Monitor sales, costs, and profitability strategies.

• Collaborate with culinary team on menu pricing and promotions.

• Control inventory, minimize waste, and maximize margins.

Guest Experience

• Ensure personalized service and attention to detail.

• Review guest feedback and implement improvements.

• Position the club as a top choice for locals and tourists.

Sales & Marketing

• Act as a sales champion, generating leads.

• Execute promotional campaigns with marketing team.

• Build partnerships with local businesses and tourism agencies.

• Build relationship with regular guests to have repeat business

• Coordinate and work together with local TAs for group bookings

• Build relationships with local events companies for weddings, after parties and other.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.

• 3–5 years in a similar managerial role (restaurant, beach club, hospitality).with higher volume ala carte operation

• Proven leadership in front-of-house operations and guest satisfaction.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent English communication; Vietnamese or other languages a plus.

• Knowledge of POS systems, reservations, and financial reporting.

• Expertise in F&B standards, hygiene, and service excellence.

• Ability to manage high-volume operations with detailed focus.
