Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Learning & Development team in organizing and coordinating training programs and activities.
- Assist in preparing training materials, attendance records, certificates, and training reports.
- Coordinate training schedules and communicate training arrangements with associates and department heads.
- Maintain and update training records, learning databases, and employee training files accurately.
- Assist in onboarding and orientation programs for new associates.
- Support the preparation of monthly training calendars and internal communication related to learning activities.
- Monitor training attendance and collect training feedback for evaluation purposes.
- Assist in setting up training venues, equipment, and learning materials before each session.
- Support employee engagement and wellbeing activities organized by the HR and L&D team.
- Help track mandatory training completion and remind associates of pending training requirements.
- Assist in creating training presentations, posters, and learning communication materials.
- Support coordination with external trainers, training vendors, and educational institutions when required.
- Participate in HR projects, sustainability initiatives, and company events assigned by the department.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information and compliance with company policies.
- Perform other duties and administrative tasks as assigned by the Learning & Development Manager.

Requirements:
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-organized with attention to detail
- Positive attitude, adaptable, and willing to learn
- Ability to work flexible hours when required
- 1–3 years of relevant working experience (hospitality or related fields preferred)
- Experience in international or luxury environments is an advantage
- Basic understanding of service standards and customer experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome for entry-level positions
