• Daily Operations: Manage and supervise all recreation facilities to ensure seamless service.
• Facility Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep of the fitness centre, sauna, steam bath, male and female changing rooms, and amenities.
• Pool & Park Areas: Oversee main pool operations, including sun loungers, cabanas, umbrellas, fresh towels, and lifeguard coverage. Promote floaters and rental services.
• Kids & Family Facilities: Supervise The Park with kids’ play area and pool facilities, ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.
• Sports & Wellness: Maintain pickleball courts, promote guest participation, and ensure rackets/balls are in good condition. Oversee yoga pavilion arrangements and ambiance.
• Guest Experience: Ensure appropriate music volume across areas, promote recreational activities, and enhance guest engagement.
