As Vigo continues to experience rapid growth, we’re looking for Assistant Brand Manager who is passionate about building impactful brands and driving meaningful marketing initiatives. This role will work closely with our Brand Manager/ Group Brand Manager and cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that support both sales and brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in Building Brand Strategy

• Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitors.
• Contribute insights to support the development of effective brand positioning.
• Collaborate with Brand Managers to define brand goals and strategies.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns.

2. Manage and Execute Marketing Activities

• Coordinate marketing initiatives in line with brand strategy.
• Monitor and manage marketing budgets.
• Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
• Prepare regular performance reports for Brand Managers.

3. Maintain and Strengthen Brand Image

• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
• Manage content for brand websites and social media platforms.
• Work with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

4. Support Brand Growth and Innovation

• Assist in research and development of new products.
• Participate in marketing events and brand activation activities.
• Help troubleshoot and resolve brand-related issues as they arise.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
• Have comprehensive and knowledge of marketing and branding activities. Understanding of the pharmaceutical and cosmetic business field
• At least 2 years of experience in brand management or marketing. Prefer in Cosmetic/ Dermatology/ Aesthetic
• Experience in market research and analysis
• Good in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
