RGF's Client - a Japanese company manufacturing and supplying forklift trucks - is looking for Procurement Supervisor to manage and optimize the sourcing and procurement process for forklift truck components, ensuring cost-effective, timely, and quality supply while developing and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
- Working Location: Thien Loc Commune, Ha Noi City
- Monthly Salary: Negotiable
- Job Responsibilities:
- Search, evaluate, and propose potential suppliers; develop and expand qualified sources of supply.
- Issue purchase orders (POs) and track delivery status.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
- Negotiate price, terms and conditions, required quality levels, and on-time delivery schedules.
- Generate and implement cost reduction ideas and actions.
- Resolve issues and troubles that arise during operations.
- Prepare payment documents.
- Analyze supply chain data for optimization opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., production, quality) on specifications and requirements.
- Manage supplier contracts and performance evaluation metrics.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Necessary Skill / Experience:
- Education background: Bachelor's degree.
- Language skills: English - Business Level
- Experience: More than 3 years of working experience in purchasing within a manufacturing company.
- Can read and understand technical drawings.
- Negotiation skills, data analysis skills, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, passionate, and determined to achieve goals.
- Ready for domestic or overseas business trips.
Preferable Skill/ Experience:
- University graduate from specific institutions: Foreign Trade University, National Economics University, Hanoi University of Commerce, Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST).
- Familiarity with production systems such as ERP, SAP, or IFS is preferred.
