The Job
As we are expanding into new markets and building a new growth-focused team, we are looking for a Performance Marketing / User Acquisition to help drive user growth and scale our acquisition channels effectively.
This role will play a key part in testing, optimizing, and scaling paid marketing campaigns to acquire high-quality users for the Salvia app.
Responsibilities
● Plan, execute, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns across channels such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or other relevant platforms.
● Drive app installs and qualified users while meeting cost and performance targets.
● Monitor and analyze key metrics such as CPI, CPA, ROAS, retention, and LTV.
● Work closely with content and creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
● Continuously test creatives, audiences, messaging, and funnels to improve performance
● Support user acquisition strategies for new markets by researching user behavior, competitors, and channel opportunities.
● Track, analyze, and report campaign performance on a regular basis

Requirements
● Experience in performance marketing, user acquisition, or growth marketing (app experience is a plus).
● Hands-on experience running paid ads on platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.
● Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers and performance metrics.
● Ability to test fast, learn fast, and iterate based on data.
● Feel at ease when communicating in English
● Interest in mobile apps, digital products, or subscription-based services is a plus.
● Interest in Tarot, Astrology, or Spiritual products is a bonus (but not required).

Việc làm trợ lý sân golf là công việc hỗ trợ người chơi golf trong suốt quá trình chơi, đảm bảo trải nghiệm thuận tiện và thoải mái nhất cho khách tại sân. Công việc đòi hỏi sự nhanh nhẹn, lịch sự và hiểu biết cơ bản về golf.
Nhiệm vụ chính gồm: chuẩn bị gậy golf, lau bóng, dẫn đường, hướng dẫn luật cơ bản, hỗ trợ di chuyển, phục vụ nước uống, ghi điểm nếu cần và hỗ trợ khách hàng theo yêu cầu.
Các vị trí phổ biến: caddie (người theo hỗ trợ golf thủ), lễ tân sân golf, nhân viên phục vụ sân cỏ, trợ lý huấn luyện viên golf.
Mức lương trung bình từ 7 – 15 triệu đồng/tháng, chưa kể tiền típ từ khách (có thể tăng gấp đôi thu nhập), đặc biệt với caddie làm việc trực tiếp với người chơi.
