Role Overview

The Senior Corporate Finance & Capital Raising is a strategic role responsible for the company’s capital raising initiatives and supporting long-term financial planning. This position plays a critical role in securing funding, structuring investments, and building sustainable financial foundations to support Indefol Solar’s growth and large-scale renewable energy projects, especially in the Solar-Hydrogen sector where Indefol play a leadership role in not only R&D, technology integration but also project development and strategic partnerships with strongest industry partner such as Siemens, Messer,…

The role works closely with the Board of Directors, executive leadership, investors, financial institutions, and strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities

Capital Raising & Investor Engagement

• Develop and execute capital raising strategies, including equity, debt, project finance, and strategic investments.
• Lead relationships with investors, investment funds, banks, and financial institutions (local and international).
• Prepare and manage investment materials such as pitch decks, financial models, and investment memorandums.
• Participate in negotiations related to investment terms, capital structure, and financing agreements.

Corporate Finance & Financial Modeling

• Build and maintain financial models to support fundraising, valuation, and strategic decision-making.
• Analyze project feasibility, financial performance, risks, and returns.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning

Financial Strategy & Risk Management

• Advise senior management on optimal capital structure and financing options at different growth stages.
• Identify and manage financial risks related to funding and investment activities.
• Coordinate with legal, audit, and compliance teams to ensure regulatory and contractual compliance.

Stakeholder Management & Reporting

• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Legal, Project Development, Operations).
• Prepare financial reports, presentations, and updates for senior management and investors.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Investment, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in corporate finance, investment, or capital raising.
• Proven experience working with financial institutions – finance lease company (project financing experience is a must), investor or funds.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, credit documents, accounting skill and valuation
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in English for professional and investor-facing communication.
• Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or large-scale projects is a strong advantage.
