Mô tả Công việc
1. Training Target & Organization
• Organize English training in successive batches, delivered sequentially to different employee groups within the company (each batch covering approximately 10–20 employees/Focus Group).
• Proactively plan and prioritize the order of training batches based on the actual needs of each department/employee group.
• Priority given to employees who:
o Use English daily in their work.
o Regularly communicate directly with foreign partners/clients.
• Upon completion of one batch, proceed with the next batch for a different employee group, ensuring training gradually expands across the company.
2. Training Format
• Group employees into classes based on their actual English proficiency level within each batch (placement test/initial assessment).
• Allocate reasonable training time for learners, approximately 2–3 hours/week, conducted during working hours, scheduled flexibly to minimize disruption to departmental operations.
• Proactively join employees' work meetings to observe real on-the-job English usage.
• Provide specific, individualized feedback and evaluation to support employees' improvement.
3. Communication Context-Based Content Development
• Understand employees' real communication context: what topics, what situations, and with whom they typically communicate in English.
• Design lesson content and practical scenarios (role-plays, case studies) closely aligned with actual job requirements, rather than relying solely on generic English textbooks.
• Continuously update and adjust training content to match evolving job needs.
4. Training Effectiveness Measurement (KPIs)
• Establish criteria to assess learners' progress after each training batch (pre/post assessments, TOEIC/IELTS score improvement if applicable, on-the-job observation).
• Propose and track training KPIs (completion rate, improvement level, feedback from learners and direct managers).
5. Teaching Materials Development & Management
• Design, develop, and maintain lesson plans, learning materials, and practice exercises tailored to each training batch/group.
• Build and continuously update a bank of real work-based scenarios (case studies, role-plays) by department.
6. Other Responsibilities
• Track training progress and measure effectiveness (periodic assessments, feedback surveys).
• Report training results periodically to the HR Manager.
• Coordinate with HR and relevant departments to schedule classes in line with company operations.
• Commit to maintaining confidentiality of work-related and internal information accessed while attending meetings and observing employees on the job.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Education & Certification
• No specific major required, but CELTA or TESOL certification is mandatory (CELTA preferred).
Experience
• Minimum 3–5 years of English teaching experience.
• Experience in developing corporate/business English programs (ESP) is a strong advantage.
Skills & Competencies
• Ability to design and build training content based on learners' real work needs and context — teaching ability alone is not sufficient.
• Strong observation and training-needs analysis skills.
• Strong communication skills, constructive feedback, and ability to motivate learners.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles (andragogy) for working professionals; respect learners' time and workload constraints.
• Ability to manage classes with mixed proficiency levels, ages, and job functions.
• Proactive, flexible, with a high sense of ownership.
Additional Requirements
• English proficiency: Native speaker or equivalent to C1–C2 level (IELTS 7.5+ or equivalent).
• Patient, flexible, with a coaching mindset (guiding and encouraging rather than only evaluating).
• Proactive attitude toward continuous learning and updating teaching methods.
