Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven, highly motivated, and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing strategies and integrated promotion campaigns to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and commercial performance.
This role requires strong execution capability, cross-functional coordination, and data-driven thinking to deliver impactful campaigns and ensure alignment between online communication and offline sales readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Communication & Content Execution
- Develop and execute social media strategies to engage both B2B and B2C audiences, strengthen brand awareness, and increase community engagement across key digital platforms.
- Plan and implement always-on digital communication and campaign content across social media, paid media, website, and e-commerce channels.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to ensure timely development and deployment of campaign assets and content.
- Act as an in-house creative contributor in developing marketing materials aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Ensure consistent application of corporate identity and brand standards across all digital touchpoints.
- Integrated Promotion Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute digital promotion campaigns (product launches, seasonal campaigns, dealer programs, trade promotions, etc.) to drive traffic, leads, and sales conversion.
- Coordinate closely with Sales teams and distributors/dealers to ensure offline readiness for campaigns, including promotion mechanics alignment, POSM deployment, stock availability, and retail execution.
- Support the implementation of commercial initiatives by aligning campaign communication with product priorities and sales targets.
- Monitor campaign performance across online and offline touchpoints, proactively identifying improvement opportunities and recommending optimization actions.
- Track and analyze media effectiveness and campaign ROI to ensure KPIs and business objectives are achieved.
- Other tasks support
- Support the organization and execution of customer engagement initiatives, including dealer conferences, incentive programs, workshops, and loyalty activities.
- Handle administrative and operational tasks as required by the department, including contract processing, purchase orders (PO), and related documentation.

- Expertise in digital marketing platforms such as SEO/SEM, Facebook Business Manager, Tiktok, Zalo, and E-commerce platforms.
- Proven experience in designing, executing, and managing digital marketing campaigns, PR strategies, and events….
- Understanding of product positioning and visual merchandising.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Strong sense of ownership, combining creativity and business insight to drive impactful results.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within the retail, automotive, or accessory sectors.
- Demonstrated success in crafting and implementing digital marketing activities.
- Proven experience collaborating across teams to ensure smooth and efficient campaign execution.
- Good communication skills with a basic proficiency in English.
- Ability to handle multitasking and perform well under high-pressure situations.
- Familiarity with the Vietnamese digital landscape, understanding industry trends, consumer behavior, and brand positioning.
- A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to bring enthusiasm and drive to the team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
