JOB IN SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive TA Intern to join our ofi Vietnam Talent Acquisition team. This role will primarily support recruitment operations and data management while gaining hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support recruitment operations including job postings, CV sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of candidate data, recruitment status, and documentation within systems
- Assist in data entry, reporting, and system updates for upcoming projects
- Provide administrative support for recruitment activities and team coordination
- Contribute to talent pipeline initiatives and employer branding activities
- Other tasks as assigned by Manager

- Final-year students or fresh graduates in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Strong work ethics and eagerness to learn are a must.
