We are looking for a BA / Bridge Software Engineer (BrSE) to act as a key liaison between our Vietnam subsidiary and the parent company in Japan. You will join the web application development team, ensuring smooth communication, requirement analysis, and quality delivery of products.
‣ Serve as a communication bridge between the Vietnam team and the Japanese headquarters
‣ Participate as a member of the web application development team
‣ Gather and analyze requirements from the parent company, then convey them clearly to the development team in Vietnam
‣ Support developers in implementing features and verify functionality against customer requirements
‣ Contribute ideas and improvements to enhance product quality
‣ Prepare technical documentation and ensure compliance with project standards
‣ Japanese proficiency at N2 level or higher
‣ Minimum 2 years of experience as BA, BrSE, or equivalent position
‣ Strong skills in teamwork, analysis, design, communication, and presentation in Japanese
‣ Proactive, self-learning ability, and positive work attitude
‣ Proficient in UML, design, and modeling tools
‣ Experience in financial or card-related business projects
‣ Solid foundation in Object-Oriented Design (OOD) / Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
‣ Hands-on experience with:
- Java EE, ORM frameworks, JSP
- Struts, Spring, Hibernate, RESTful programming, Java Batch
- JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, XML processing (XSD, XS, etc.)
- Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)
- Databases: Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, NoSQL
