- Own the strategy and P&L for the Business vertical across cities, with clear accountability for growth, efficiency, and service quality.
- Manage and improve daily operations across key functions, including production, logistics, warehouse management, and customer service.
- Collaborate with the CEO to execute long-term plans for scaling and optimizing operations.
- Identify and implement new opportunities for growth, such as streamlining supply chain processes or expanding capabilities to support omnichannel sales.
- Work proactively and closely with related business stakeholders to meet the customers' expectations, manage project implementation and execution to achieve objectives of profit growth, and ensure KPIs met
- Act as the central point of communication between teams such as sales, marketing, production, and logistics to ensure alignment on company goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operations, including delivery times, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage risks and potential challenges arising during the transition, proposing timely mitigation strategies.
- University in Logistics, Business, or related field.
- At least 5 years of Business Operation, Logistic or Strategy working experience, prefer in alcohol and liquor.
- Strong negotiation, problem solving and communication skills.
- Advance computer skill (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
- Advance English in communication.
- Participating in social insurance
