We are looking for a Power Platform + D365FO and Azure API Management Developer to join our engineering team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and integrating business applications and automation solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem — focusing primarily on Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, and Azure API Management.
The role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, and Travel Product departments) to design, develop, and test business process solutions that improve efficiency and enhance user experience.
A strong understanding of business operations and processes, particularly in the travel industry, is a strong advantage.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Design, develop, and maintain Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to automate business processes and improve reporting.
- Creating and maintaining API gateways and security policies.
- Performing testing and documentation for developed solutions.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Integrate Power Platform with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO), Dataverse, SharePoint, and Azure services to ensure seamless data flow.
- Develop and support D365FO integrations and extensions using X++ or OData, ensuring system stability and efficiency.
- Design, implement, and secure API gateways using Azure API Management, managing policies, authentication (OAuth2, Azure AD), and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, user-focused technical solutions.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance (unit, integration, UAT) to maintain system reliability and documentation standards.
- Monitor and maintain integration and API performance, ensuring high availability and zero major incidents.
- Implement governance, environment management, and security controls across Power Platform and D365FO solutions.
- Continuously improve system performance, automation, and integration reliability through proactive monitoring and optimization.
- Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with QA and business users to validate functional and non-functional requirements.
The Essentials:
- Bachelor ‘s degree in computer science, statistics, economics, or related field.
- Have 3+ years’ experience working with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
- Experience with D365FO (X++, Data Entities, OData, Integration).
- Hands-on experience with Azure API Management, Logic Apps, and RESTful API integration.
- Solid understanding of Azure Active Directory, OAuth2, and authentication mechanisms.
- Proficiency in SQL, JSON, XML, and JavaScript for data and API work.
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines, ALM, and environment management for Power Platform and D365.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the travel, tourism is a strong plus.
- Detail-oriented, with strong commitment to code quality, documentation, and process improvement.
