About the Role:
- Support the Office & Industrial Leasing team in sourcing properties, conducting site inspections, and assisting clients throughout the leasing transaction process.
- Engage with landlords and corporate occupiers to understand their requirements and support leasing negotiations and documentation.
- Prepare leasing proposals, marketing materials, and weekly/monthly leasing reports for internal teams and clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support pricing strategies, property positioning, and leasing recommendations.
- Work closely with senior brokers to learn the full leasing cycle—from property sourcing and client engagement to lease negotiations and deal execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, Architecture, Foreign Trade, or related disciplines.
- Open for fresh graduates passionate in Sales, Leasing & Brokerage or candidates with 0–1 year of sales & client-facing experience are encouraged to apply.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with clients and property owners.
- Proactive, energetic, and eager to build a career in commercial real estate leasing.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English with good presentation and communication skills.
