Mô tả Công việc
· Conduct regular audits of production costs, including direct materials, direct labor, manufacturing overheads, and work-in-progress (WIP) inventory.
· Verify standard costs vs. actual costs for metal printing processes (e.g., lithography, offset printing, coating, curing, and finishing on metal substrates).
· Perform variance analysis (material price/usage, labor efficiency, overhead absorption) and provide detailed explanations and recommendations to management.
· Review and validate Bills of Materials (BOMs), routing, and cost standards for new and existing products.
· Monitor inventory costs, conduct cycle counts, and reconcile physical stock with accounting records to minimize discrepancies and obsolescence.
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual cost reports, including Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM) and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).
· Support budgeting and forecasting for production costs, including raw material price trends (metal market fluctuations).
· Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and Quality teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
· Assist in annual financial audits and statutory cost audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
· Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., Vietnamese Accounting Standards or IFRS).
· Develop and maintain cost accounting systems and controls within the ERP environment.
· Analyze the impact of production changes, machine efficiency, scrap rates, and energy consumption on overall product costs.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Cost Accounting, or a related field.
· Professional certification such as CMA (Certified Management Accountant), CPA, or equivalent is highly preferred.
· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cost accounting or auditing, preferably in manufacturing (metal, printing, packaging, or FMCG industries preferred).
· Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation methods.
· Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local manufacturing software) and advanced Excel skills.
· Familiarity with metal printing or similar process manufacturing is a strong advantage.
