Contribute to internal tools (e.g., bots, ticket classifiers, monitoring systems) that support daily operations
Design, develop, and optimize backend systems and services
Architect and maintain database solutions that meet performance and reliability requirements
Implement efficient network communications and API endpoints
Perform end- to- end troubleshooting: reproduce issues, debug, identify root causes, and implement long- term fixes
Take ownership of production issues via JIRA Service Desk, ensuring timely and high- quality resolution
Collaborate with frontend developers, ensuring seamless integration between systems
Contribute to technical decision- making and architectural discussions
Apply strong Computer Science fundamentals to solve complex technical challenges
Build automation tools and scripts to reduce manual effort and enhance operational efficiency

Must- have Skills:
Good understanding of API design and networking fundamentals
Proven experience building scalable, production- grade systems
Comfortable working in Unix/Linux environments
Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, system design, and software architecture
Good English communication skills
Strong experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL, query optimization, data modeling)
Familiarity with modern web architecture
Willingness and ability to work with Python in production environments
5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on backend engineering
Strong expertise in at least one programming language (Python, Java, Go, etc.)
Strong debugging, analytical thinking, and problem- solving skills
Nice- to- have Skills:
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes
Experience in performance tuning and scalability optimization
Experience with Python (Flask, FastAPI, Django)
Experience with Elasticsearch
Experience with distributed systems or large- scale architectures
Experience with asynchronous processing (Celery, RabbitMQ)
Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus)
