To obtain 3 quotations at all times for cash purchases.
To follow up with all department orders with suppliers and update accordingly.
Fully in charge of the day to day purchases for all departments in the hotel.
Runs errands for the Purchasing Manager.
Updates all Purchase Order files and aids the Purchasing Secretary in updating filing as well
Keeps the hotel vehicles clean and polished properly at all times.
Clears imported goods from the airport as and when required.
To purchase urgent items required from other countries when not available locally.
Performs any additional duties as assigned by the Purchasing Manager.

- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Good writing skills
Qualifications
- Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Accounting or Business Administration or related field.
Experience
- 1 year experience in an accounting clerical, purchasing, front office, or reservations position or similar; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
