Mô tả Công việc
Data Management
- Employee Record Management: Maintain and update accurate employee information in the HRIS, including personal details, job titles, compensation packages, benefits enrolment, and employment history.
HRIS Administration
- Take part in the implementation of the HRIS to enhance the management of employee data, compensation, and benefits. Collaborate with vendors to ensure successful system deployment, configuration, and integration with existing HR processes
Compensation and Benefit:
- Responsible for managing monthly payrolls for all employees of assigned BUs.
- Report Preparation: Prepare regular reports related to C&B, including headcount analysis, cost moving analysis, turnover rates.... Ensure that reports are accurate and delivered in a timely manner to management and relevant departments.
- Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave, and other benefit....
- In charge of Personal income tax monthly and finalization report
- Do procedures on Health insurance card and SI Books issued, making all the monthly, quarterly, annual reports to SI
- In charge of Labor contract and decision for employees
Policy and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all federals, state, and laws regarding compensation and benefits programs.
- Participate in the development, review, and update of C&B policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices
Employee Communication:
- Communicate C&B information clearly and effectively to employees.
- Open Door Policy: Foster an open-door communication policy, encouraging employees to ask questions or raise concerns related to their C&B. Be approachable and responsive to inquiries in a timely manner
- FAQ Management: Maintain and regularly update a FAQ section on the company intranet or internal communications platform that addresses common questions and concerns about compensation and benefits
Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
- Coordinate with all departments of the company, especially, work in close collaboration with Financial Department and Legal Department to deal with C&B and social legal issues.
- Work in partnership with Service of Labor and Social affairs Trade Union, local authorities, Professional Agencies for Salary Survey, Insurance, etc....
Visa & Work Permit Support:
- Support the visa and work permit process for foreign employees, including document preparation, collection and checking of required documents, and coordination with relevant internal departments, service providers and authorities.
- Follow up on application, renewal and related immigration procedures to ensure timely completion and compliance with applicable requirements.

Education: University Degree in Business Administration or Accounting or equivalent degree.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position
