TNT Express Việt Nam là một liên doanh được thành lập từ năm 1997, thời gian qua, TNT Việt Nam không ngừng lớn mạnh và hiện có mặt tại 12 tỉnh thành trong cả nước, với 5 loại hình dịch vụ chủ yếu.
Năm 1999, TNT Việt Nam trở thành công ty chuyển phát nhanh đầu tiên tại Việt Nam nhận được chứng chỉ ISO 9002 dành cho hệ thống quản lý chất lượng. Tháng giêng năm 2002, công ty nhận được Chứng chỉ IiP – Nhà đầu tư vào nhân lực. Tháng 12 năm 2003 TNT Việt Nam được trao Chứng nhận Quốc tế về An toàn Vận chuyển TAPA.
