* Job description
- Plan shipments based on customer needs on a weekly basis.
- Coordinate with the production management department to confirm shipment quantities and notify customers.
- Communicate with the freight forwarder regarding shipping schedules, logistics costs, and provide necessary documents for shipment.
- Compile information related to shipments (invoices, amounts, quantities) and issue purchase orders (POs).
- Handle re-import and customs clearance for returned goods or rejected materials.
- Verify shipping costs (samples and mass production) for each location.
- Check customer shipping schedules and proceed with container bookings.
